Do I need to be fit before joining?

Absolutely not. We welcome members at every fitness level. Your first week includes a complimentary assessment session where your coach maps out a starting point that's realistic and safe for you right now.

Is there a joining fee?

No joining fees, ever. You pay your first month's membership and you're in. All plans include a 7-day free trial so you can experience the gym before committing.

What are your opening hours?

The gym floor is open Monday–Friday 5:30am–11pm and Saturday–Sunday 7am–9pm. Group classes run throughout the day — check the app for the live timetable.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Yes. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year (great for travel or injury recovery) and cancel with 30 days' notice — no penalty fees, no guilt trips.

Do you offer personal training?

Dedicated personal training is included in our Pro plan. Starter and Elite members can book standalone PT sessions at $65/hr. All coaches are available for one-off technique clinics too.
